The location is perfect for skiing. The restaurant is great. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are exceptionally nice. And the internet works well.

Apart Del Lago was probably the best place we stayed in on our trip. Great Location, comfortable and value for money. We stayed in IIao IIao and i actually preferred this place. Breakfast was amazing too.

One of the most fabulous experiences I've ever had as a tourist. The resort is so comfortable, from the rooms to the spa. I had an amazing massage, and I was happily eating at the on-site restaurant every single day. The menu was so varied and high quality, you would think it was a michelin 2-star, were it not for the amazingly affordable prices. On that note, I stayed off-season so I was offered a massive discount on all food/drinks/accommodations. I could not recommend this resort enough if I tried. As far as location, it's 15 minutes away from the center, but you don't book a place like this to be in the center of anything. It is what it promises to be, a lakeside all-inclusive resort with the highest quality amenities. Stay here if you can :)

Everything, location, staff and superior quality of the house and restaurant, including the cool wine bar. The special attention of the staff makes this location an unique and superbe experience ( by the way a special thanks to the concierge group and Andres , i guess, the Colombian guy for his nice chat during the breakfast

Would rate this hotel 12 out of 10 if possible. Service of staff was exceptional. Room size and view were amazing. Restaurant on-site was very good. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were warm in the winter and our kids loved them. Sauna was nice to relax after a day of skiing. No extra charge for spa facilities. Highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly and professional. They are always available to help and very attentive to detail, The room is clean, modern, comfortable, and has incredible views, the hotel's location is amazing, far enough from the city to get more peace, but sufficiently close if you want to head into town (you will need a car).

It is beautifully located, and I really like the furnishings and style. It must be very nice in winter. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly.

This proprty is located a little out of the town, but buses run very regularly and there are lots of local facilities including a supermarket, restaurants, laundry etc. You are well placed for accessing some of the beautiful surrounding countryside. The staff are lovely and very attentive to need. The property has quite basic rooms but a beautiful garden and lovely warm and welcoming lounge and eating space. The weather was a little cool when we were there, but the heating and hot water were plentiful.

Perfect stay - huge and beautiful room, lovely staff, delicious breakfasts, and near to a couple of great restaurants and bars. We also loved our jacuzzi bath!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to use the swimming pool after a hot day. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the fresh fruit on offer. Good views of the mountains from our room and a balcony space for us to sit on.

A beautiful property with lush green well established landscape overlooking the mountains, a wonderful place to have a good run for my best friend/dog leash free(supervised) ~ she loves all the staff!, good walking tracks nearby, relaxing for me to prepare a nice meal for us. A functional, well-equipped practical kitchenette where everything works (best I’ve used in Argentina!). The suite is tastefully furnished, zen. The observatory deck was a nice way to spend a Saturday evening stargazing, narration included😊so nice! And the hot tub is a plus for a quiet evening to chill after dinner with a glass of wine before bedtime - viva la Galileo Boutique Hotel! Also to note is the water was a little cloudy and brown after the 2days of continuous heavy rain, to be expected up in the mountains. It soon cleared up within the day(let the tap run a bit more, it helps), we had some bottled water to standby for consumption. Thank you Juan Carlos, Maxi, Veronica for a tremendous stay. This team’s hospitality far surpass my expectations!

Staff would communicate on WhatsApp and would respond to any request so so quickly. The hotel itself is so pretty and location is great, only 10 minutes drive to the center.

I liked: 1. The location of the hotel. 2. The view of the lake. 3. The silence, which would not be there if the hotel was in the city. 4. There is a bus stop nearby, which allows you to get to almost any point in the city. 5. Unusual appearance and an outdoor pool. 6. There are excellent restaurants nearby.
