Food was excellent, especially breakfast. Late check-in was very convenient.

This hotel has literally everything! Horse rides, trampolines, multiple pools, playgrounds, paddle boards on the lake, bikes, delicious food and anything else you could/need want for a family vacation. 10/10… we will return!

We loved everything about this hotel! It's a great location for a home base to explore Achen Lake, Innsbruck and the Zillertal valley. Beautiful property, historic on the outside and fully modernized on the inside. We also loved the restaurant for dinner. Free parking, air conditioning, beautiful pool and nice breakfast. I highly recommend!

The Mayr family has done a wonderful job with Schloss Mitterhart. The old castle is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and comes with amazing hospitality. It is clean inside it’s service everyday. The breakfast is amazing and so is the restaurant itself. The staff is personal and friendly. Great location to numerous ski resorts as long as you have a car.

Very nice family run hotel. freindly and helpful service - always with a smile. Great breakfast with a nice buffet. Location is close to the center, and also a walking distance from the lake. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette and a dining table. the room is wooden covered and wooden furniture. great feeling and atmosphere.

Very modern, super clean, comfortable and has helpful staff. Breakfast is free and was the full Austrian (cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads, sliced meats, cheese and coffee & tea

The staff was amazing and waiting for my late arrival. I was able to pay at check in so I can leave whenever that following morning before checking out time.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Facility, staff and the all inclusive package was fantastic. Plenty of food and drinks the entire time.

Excellent hotel not far from Lake Achensee. The room is very comfortable, the dinner and breakfast are excellent.

It was very relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. The surrounding area of the lake was fabulous. The breakfast and evening dinners were well organized, and the service teams were very friendly and always gave an extra effort to make sure everything was OK and satisfying. Wellness area was very beautiful and provided an atmosphere to help you escape and relax.

This hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. It’s right next to the lake and had the prettiest view of the lake and mountains. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and the sauna was so relaxing. There is a parking garage which was very convenient and the staff were very kind and welcoming . The hotel is a short drive to multiple ski areas. We cannot recommend staying here enough.

Our stay at the Hotel Bergland was absolutely delightful. The setting was ideal for a relaxing stay... peaceful, lovely views, and it offered everything we needed. The half board menu offerings were outstanding... Chef inspired and filling. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, two types of eggs, and hot meats, a variety of baked goods, and much more.. The entire staff was extremely kind and there for you as needed. Pertisau is a hidden gem, as is this hotel... We stayed for a week and I could have stayed for a month. I can't give this hotel a high enough rating... wonderful.

The location, the spa, the views, the reception/ front desk staff, food was good quality, everything was lovely. I’ll definitely be back.
