This is a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good and run by a very efficient person. Location is excellent with a room overlooking the river. there is a room downstairs with a tea/coffee area where you can sit quietly and read a book. The history of the hotel is interesting.

Very good location as just around the corner is the old town. Excellent breakfast and free spa facilities including pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay. Staff was consistently polite and helpful. Location is perfect—right in the center, with easy access to everything. We received the tourist cards at check-in, so all buses and trams were free, which made getting around very easy. Staff clearly explained how everything worked. Daily room cleaning was reliable. They also provided secure luggage storage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, with a card-based system we could operate ourselves. Overall, very solid experience.
