We enjoyed the feeling of living in a house in the forest. It was fun to have a family of wallabies come outside on the balcony. There was a stove in the room. It was warm and comfortable. My wife and I were able to enjoy the quiet and privacy.

Cradle Mountain Hotel is located in alpine woodland at the northern end of Cradle Mountain-Lake St. Clair National Park.

Excellent location (you'll only stay here for Cradle mountain and it's perfectly located). Seriously adore the cottage - well equipped, spacious, adequate heating. Kitchen is well stocked and clean Toilet is spotless, and comes with a bathtub! Adequate parking for 1 - it gets really dark at night so be careful while parking. Stars are AMAZING
