Our stay at the Mondrian Gold Coast was perfect from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury, style, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the stunning architecture and interiors to the calm, refined vibe throughout the property. The rooms are beautifully appointed — spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable, with high-end finishes and gorgeous views of the ocean and Burleigh headland that make it hard to leave. The bed was superb, and the attention to detail in the room made the stay feel effortlessly indulgent. Service was a real highlight. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and every interaction felt welcoming and polished. The facilities are outstanding. The pool area is stylish and relaxing, the common spaces are elegant yet inviting, the gym was great with a variety of equipment and the overall ambience feels both sophisticated and laid-back — exactly what you want from a luxury coastal hotel. We had breakfast and lunch over our stay at Lito, and I can't fault it. There is really something for everyone! If we are to visit again we'd definitely want to stay here again, we didn't want to leave!

Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

So quite and the spa was great

We loved our stay at Park towers. The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was huge and had everything we needed for a very comfortable, relaxing stay. We loved that it had a garage for our rental car and we felt very safe there. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

Close to the beach and amenities like Cole’s and Aldi and cafe and restaurant along with basement parking.

I liked the location in relation to the beach and Pacific Fair mall. Both were walking distance for my young children and I . The tram stop was also within walking distance and very easy to navigate and use the public transport system.

This stay was such breeze of fresh air. Thanks alot to everybody at The Pink Hotel to make my, sadly very short, stay one of the best I had in Coolangatta since a decade.
