The hotel's location is fantastic, and the staff member, I think his name is Tom, was very friendly and helpful. He always smiled and greeted people with a pleasant face. I loved the pool, the sauna, and everything else; it was truly a wonderful experience. I also loved the food there.

Extremely big and well equipped department. Very modern facility.

The Suite with Sauna was spacious, had the comfiest and firmest bed, two TVs and the sauna was working perfectly. We waited for a while (maybe 30-40 minutes to be completely hot) and it was an amazing experience. It's perfect for a couple who wants a sauna all to themselves. Gym and swimming pool were good facilities (nice that there weren't many people there). Car park spaces were ample.

I loved that it had a kitchen and laundry facilities. That was a nice surprise. Very impressed with that and will definitely be recommending to family and staying there again. Nice location and great cafes close by.

Everything-very very good Canberra hotel

The quality facilities and inclusions set this hotel apart. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The location was quiet, central and conveniently located. The secure undercover parking was a real bonus. The weekend rates were very attractive. The Japanese inspired decor fitted in perfectly with our visit to the National Gallery.

The hotel is really nice, beautiful old building, small garden in front and back, great room, and the staff are really helpful. The hotel also have grab and go room, where u can get free tap filter water, coffee and tea. There are other snacks but of course you need to pay for it. Enjoyed my stay in the hotel, the room is at the end of the hall, so it's quiet, in the morning have some breakfast in the garden. The best part is the gym, it's not your typical hotel gym, there are a lot of equipment and serious weight there. Also parking is free, just register it with the receptionist. The check out is at 11am, easy and smooth.

Everything was in line with expectations.
