The location is excellent, very close to the old city and all restaurants and cafes, a short walk from the Promenade. The breakfast is very good, though variety will be greatly helpful. The staff is courteous and very helpful, specially Jafar and Nahid. The housekeeping service is exceptional.

I have been travelling to Azerbaijan for several years. Normally, even the other hotels having more facilities or fancier, they have always problems in service. Midtown is an exception. From front desk to bell boys, they have a very high standard. For the breakfast, Samir is a star, serving people like hosting in his own home. He is the manager of several stuff. Each of them behaves like him. I haven't seen such a hospitality. Thanks!

The location, clean, staff, water hose (shataf) available Mr. Elman - front office manager was so kind and helpful Nizami street - fountain square are near - 5 min walking Winter park infront of the hotel ( its good place to set-down and have some food or drinks from cafe there), you can use the tunnel to cross

The location was perfect within walking distance to all sites 40 mins walk to the flame towers, then to park boulevard, caspian sesport going back to Maiden Towers then to fountain square in half day. The reception was so kind to accompany me when I arrived at midnight to where the Nizami st is, where to eat and to buy Sim Card so that the following day I know where to find all the things I need. Thanks so much

What I like about this place is that it’s close to Nizami Street and Fountain Square, where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops, and most of the tours you book offer pick-up and drop-off near to the hotel location.

Excellent location just 3 minutes walk to the fountain square and with nice view of the city including flame towers. Extremely clean apartment with all the facilities. Staff was very helpful and polite. The pictures shown matches the actual condition and furniture. We checked if they can provide the facility to keep the bags for two days they told the the Watchman can keep this don't know for how much charges but was possible. The manager Ms. Sevil was very helpful and speaks good English.

The deluxe room was beautiful and very comfortable. I appreciated the air conditioner, the microfridge, and the window shutters that could block out light. The hotel is conveniently located near Fountain Square, with lots of options for dining and shopping. The staff were polite and attentive, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.I would stay here again.

I visited Baku before, and my opinion this is the best stay , great location, new building , big and spacious apartment. Unbelievable view . Security in the front lobby , market right at the bottom of the building. 3 min walk to old city and fountain square. The host Selim was very friendly , polite and helpful with all the questions I had . Highly recommended.
