The staff were really accomodating and friendly. One male staff from IRD, i was not able to get his name, he was so nice. The hotel is just 5 mins away from the airport. Breakfast buffet need to improve to add more selection for the guests. But the ala carte menu was fantastic, I really enjoyed their menu.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff members were so helpful. the location was very good. The room was very tidy. The lobby was nice. The bathrooms were clean too!

The courtesy, manner and the hospitality of all the staff. Especially, Mr Raihan, the receptionist had an impeccable attitude towards our reception. He is a pleasant example of front of house. The room size and its amenities. Location and the assistance from everyone.

Their service was very good.In fact the manager behaviour was 10/10 .he very much humble guy. If you want your stay in hote suite place you will be able to feel their services.

Everything was great the behaviour of staffs atmosphere. Food from the hotel restaurant was top notch.

I enjoyed there so much all were so kind , a nice surrounding the room was very tidy every day, our breakfast had a variety of food sweets and fruits you can also taste indian food which was cooked perfectly !!!
