The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. Some of the facilities in the building (such as the elevator) are a bit old, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, so I feel safe and relaxed staying here. スタッフはとても親切です。建物の設備が古いところ（エレベータなど）もありますが、室内はきれいで快適です。周辺の環境は落ち着いています。安心して滞在できます。
