For breakfast provide gluten free bread. In general breakfast was perfect. Free parking. Clean rooms, quiet location, with good access by car.

The facilities at the main hotel are really excellent. The location of the hotel is great. The room in the annex is fine - clean but basic.

We stayed here during a festival, so we mostly used the room for sleeping, but our overall experience was very positive. There were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but the staff resolved everything quickly and went above and beyond what we expected - that level of service was worthy of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, including an à la carte egg menu where your eggs are freshly prepared just the way you like them. Although it got slightly busy due to the hotel being fully booked (that is expected during the festival time), the breakfast team remained attentive, efficient, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Communication through Booking.com was quick and friendly, and the team was always responsive to our questions. Overall, we would recommend staying here, whether you’re visiting Kortrijk or looking for a convenient base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Breakfast and staff and location were very good!

The hotel is located in a historic building and has been recently renovated in great style. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped, and well designed. The bathroom is again spacious and beautiful. The beds are comfy. Breakfast is served in the restaurant or in the courtyard: fantastic.

The Square Hotel is owned by the same operator that also runs the Hotel Messeyne around the corner. If the hotel offers to upgrade you to rooms in Messeyne, say yes! It's fabulous.. Not that there is anything wrong with the Square Hotel - stayed here a few times and it was always very good.. Both hotels are in a great central location and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly!

Clean, small but causy room with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. Close to the city center, only 5 rooms therefore quiet. Friendly owner. Free tea and coffee available in the hotel.
