The staff was excellent, especially the reception staff! The room was cleaned daily and the cleaners were flexible too. There was plenty of food the staff made sure the plates were always full.

Our stay at Sun Palace Hotel in Bulgaria was excellent in every way! The all-inclusive food was varied and delicious, with fresh dishes every day, plenty of fruit, and tasty desserts. The atmosphere was relaxing, with pools for both adults and children, plus an outdoor bar perfect for a refreshing drink. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have balconies, and the prices are very reasonable for what the hotel offers. A big plus was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – always smiling and ready to help. The hotel manager was especially attentive and did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as it could be, which we truly appreciated. There is parking available on the property for an extra fee, where your car is secure throughout your stay. The actual distance to the beach is about a 10-minute easy walk, making the location very convenient. We felt so welcome! The staff was simply so lovely and sweet! Especially the woman (owner?) We got such good service the whole stay. The room had a good view, to the mountains in the background and the party street to the side,, but nothing that bothered with noise

We stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and the common areas well maintained, which we really appreciated. The location is great, very close to the beach, making it convenient and enjoyable.

We stayed for 8 nights. The room is big, it was cleaned every day. The pools are very nice. It' s closeto the beach..aprox.8 minutes walking on a nice street, shopping street. The hotel is in the central area of Sunny Beach, and very close to the shopping streets and the amusement park. The personal very king. The food was good.

The reception staff was very kind. I accidentally booked two rooms for 3 adults when I should have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. But the staff did not mind this at all and was very helpful. I would like to thank them very much from here. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. As someone who stays in hotels for about 5-6 nights every month, I can say that the best bathroom amenities I have seen in a long time were shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We had a small kitchen inside and it met all our needs. Only a 5-minute walk to nightclubs, restaurants and the beach. Congratulations, super hospitality

Excellent service and luxury rooms

The breakfast was excellent, name some that they didn't have!! Very very good. The blue zone parking in the resort was not operating as we went out of season so parked Infront of the hotel, no charge. We booked a room without balcony and were given a free upgrade, sadly the weather wasn't nice enough to use it. Overall, well done Best Western and your staff.

The hotel was really good, way better quality for price than I expected. The rooms are new, clean and really good size. The pool bar was the best part and the steaks at the restaurant are definitely worth it. Staff are polite and responsive, they offered complimentary tea for my room as per my request
