Room view Very clean room Staff Location

Super located. Very nice owner. I was so pleased that I extended my stay

I loved the general feeling of the hotel, room and old town location. I found the overall experience to be inspiring, from an artistic point of view. I enjoyed the special breakfast option and the availability of a parking spaces nearby.

Great location, easy accessible from the parking , kind and professional staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will be defenatly back!

Right in front of the beach, and walking distance to the old town Comfortable and spacious room, buffet was always changing and they were very nice about my birthday celebration. Will definitely come back :)

The location was fantastic - close to the center and the beach (recommend the South Beach, 15-minute walk). Staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful!!! Breakfast options were tasty & included everything needed. The whole place was very clean & tidy, and our room was cleaned every day. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and the aircon was working well. Recommend a room with a balcony, it's big enough to sit outside & enjoy.

The view from our room, the pool, the room itself, the amenities, everything! The food is beyond tasty. The manager Vlad was amazing. He was helping us with any question we had. Helped us organize a small celebration for our friend’s birthday as well. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I don’t have enough kind words to describe the experience we had.

Everything was great! We chose Bilyana Beach hotel for our family vacation for third time in a row. The fact that it's exactly on the beach is perfect, the location and atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. You have everything you need, the all inclusive is a huge plus, as you don't have to leave the hotel during your stay - you have everything you need there. The view from the apartment was absolutely exceptional and I would love to continue visiting this place in future!

Great location , in the middle of old town, 5-10 minutes walk to any of the attractions. Very helpful staff - ready to assist with any question. Don't have breakfast, but you can buy voucher for very similar price in another hotel located 20 meters. Recommended very much.

Location is great, the manager ,petco, is giving you outmost great feeling like home. In the middle of the old center so all by walking distance.

The rooms were brand new and very clean. The balcony view over the sea was even better than advertised. Check-in was easy and the hotel is walking distance from great restaurants.

Perfect location and a great room!! The breakfast and dinner were generous and tasteful, and included in the rate. We walked the entire town from our apartment and it was nice and easy. Kudos to the staff!!

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They arranged admission to the restricted car zone on their own, helped with luggages without asking and arranged a 1st floor accomodation on our request because of mobility issues. They also prepared a breakfast package when we indicated an early leave.

Spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff, convenient location, breakfast buffet. Quiet
