We loved the location the outside pool and sunbeds, the breakfast was excellent the evening meal in the restaurant was great and good value, it was a short drive to the chairlift for the lakes and the setting is beautiful great hotel

Perfect choice for a calm/romantic holiday within the beautiful nature of the mountain. There is solid wood everywhere and the interior is full of details you would love. The hosts and their family were very helpful and did their best to make our stay one to remember. There is small restaurant with a spirit of its own which you need to experience. The breakfast was really generous and there was a healthy cup full of various fruits for desert. Located within the forest part, close to the main road this hut will be appreciated by many. In a clear night if you look at the sky, you will see the Milky Way.

Cleanliness and staff are top notch. The breakfast buffet is also excellent - especially the coffee is good. The hotel was very well heated and the temperature of -15 degrees outside was not noticeable. I have only good things to say about the hotel.

An easy drive up the road to Rila Monastery. The hotel has a restaurant and will provide dinner and breakfast upon request. Experienced the property owners putting up red peppers for the winter by roasting them over a wood fired oven. Received a taste of Rakia, Bulgaria's national drink. Had some Zagorka pivo, Bulgarian beer. Wonderful experiencewith an authentic Bulgarian host.

This is in a great location to visit Rila Monastery. The rooms are basic but very clean. The host was responsive and gave us an extra fan when we requested one. A tasty breakfast was included. They have a restaurant with a full menu.

The location is perfect for visiting Rila monastery. Hosts were welcoming and friendly, although there are no refrigerator in the room, they allowed us to keep our food in their refrigerator. Sound of nearby stream/river by an open window during summer night was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our get away, my husband and I took my mom for a day trip to Rila monastery and really enjoyed the family trip. Everything was on point, the stuff was really friendly and helpful. We sure will be back again
