Room was very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Plenty of breakfast options. The staff are all extremely friendly - beautiful location. Really had a wonderful time.

There's no possible photo to make any justice to the place. The rooms are confy and little, but that doesn't compare with the service level and not exagerating, the most outstanding view that you'll have from an hotel in your life. The surprise was instant. A detail is that was our option on last minute and wasn't really expensive at all. It's constructed over a morro where You can SEE both suns, the rising and the sunset, but specially the sunset. My God that sunset, with mountains emerging from the ocean and the sun melting between them around five o'clock in the afternoon, every f*cking day. What's escorted with a team that it's always at the level on every situation. Every member is complemented by the strengths of each other, I personally interacted with several of them and they always gave their best. My thanks to Marcio, Leandro, Pericles and specially Gabriel! On my subjective opinion is the best 4 stars hotel that you can get on Paradise. (Buzios is no less than that, for several things that doesn't come to place.)

Everything is beautiful, clean and staff is wonderful.

Location is very close to João Fernandes beach and walking distance to restaurants and centre of Buzios. The pool area is nice with plenty of seating, sunloungers and large parasols to provide shade. The rooms were nicely decorated, a good size and bed was comfortable. There was a lot of choice for breakfast with eggs and some tasty pastries.

One of the best and friendliest hotels I stayed in. The girls who work there are amazing, helped with everything, organized trips and transfers, they are the best. The breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommended!!!

This is a dream hotel in all aspects. We stayed in the royal suite which was amazing with a beautiful balcony and great views. The hotel staff are exceptional, especially the breakfast ladies who will go out of their way to get you what you want. The pool area is lush with plenty of sun loungers. Walking distance to town and close to most beaches. Great value for money.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel, especially because of its perfect location, the sea is just a few steps away, literally about 10 meters. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help. I would like to specially mention Fylipe and Douglas, who made my stay even more memorable by helping me find great restaurants and recommending some of the most beautiful beaches around. And the breakfast deserves a special mention, it was delicious and clearly prepared with so much care and love. I truly felt welcomed and at home here.

Location and Staff Customer Service

It was very nice. But it could be a little different everyday.

Location is great, just 100 meters from the beach, quiet neighborhood. Ten minutes walk to downtown. Small hotel, just a few rooms, perfect for your rest. Breakfast is very good. Swimming pool is perfect. Coffee is available for free all time. Room is great. WIFI work fine all time.
