Location and staffs are very nice!

During my stay at Canopy hotel, I had a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel's modern and stylish design immediately caught my attention upon arrival. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The receprionists were very polite and helpful. The overall impression of the hotel is great, except for the noise which could be herad during the night, so we had to sleep using earplugs. The room was nice and the view from the 21st flood was just perfect. We could admire the CN Tower every night :) There was a day when the housekeeping never showed up, but the front desk could assist with the problem and sent a guy to take out our trash, refill the water and change towels. A special and HUUUGE thanks to the service guy who helped my partner to fix the wheel on my suitcase.

Old style charm and warm bedroom. It was dust free, clean and comfortable.

There was so much room, we had our Thanksgiving celebration and the kitchen was perfect!

I loved the location and that the house was fully equipped. The host was very friendly and nice.
