Hotels near BMO Field, Toronto

The hotel has a very nice standard all around. The beds, pillows and duvets were exceptionally good. The complementary concierge service was super nice and handy, and surprisingly flexible even though we ended up ordering it last minute almost every time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The wifi was terrible in our room at first but we just called reception and the sent a technician that fixed it right away. The rooftop pool area was really nice too, although the area itself is rather small they kept it non-crowded and relaxing the two hour time slots guests had to reserve in advance. The gym was really nice, it was actually a real, full equipped gym and tennis courts, not like a lot of other hotels that claim the have a gym only to find out it's some dark corner of the property where they placed some machines. One of the days the rooftop bar was closed due to a supposed storm that never came, so the restaurant on the 2nd floor provided extra pool bar service since the weather turned out nice, which they actually did better than the normal staff working the rooftop bar, even though they had to bring it from the 2nd to the 28th floor. The female head waiter from the 2nd floor restaurant deserves a raise in general. She just connected well with everyone. So bravo! All in all a really enjoyable stay.

In addition to a convenient location, the originality of the interior design of the individual rooms as well as of the common spaces, with all the comfort of a modern Hotel but with the feeling of being in an artistic gallery in a historical building, including it’s now almost unique elevator. The attention of the staff made us also feeling very welcome.

My accommodation had literally every single thing I could possibly need. Heating system was easy to use and worked great, location made getting around super easy (I walked everywhere).

Comfort: Insanely comfortable bedding. Staff: Everyone was so nice! Amenities: Rooftop pool was gorgeous with a great view. Also, the gym had Pelotons which was great.

We stayed at this accommodation for two nights and were absolutely satisfied with everything. The hot water worked perfectly, the heating kept the room nice and warm, and the large bed was very comfortable. There was also a fridge, and overall everything functioned exactly as it should. We especially appreciated that it wasn’t necessary to have a credit card – a debit card was enough to pay the deposit, which is a big plus for us. The location is also great – about 30 minutes from the CN Tower, so everything is easily accessible time-wise. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had no trouble finding our way around. Communication with the host was pleasant and quick throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!
