The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

What a fantastic & memorable experience that was. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Toronto and were literally treated like kings, in King street. Amazing service and hospitality from reception, to housekeeping, restaurant etc, fantastic spacious wonderful room and outstanding location. Exceptional facilities, foods, drinks, location. Outstanding overall. I loved the view, the open spaces. There were a lot of smaller details which made a big impact. I've never experienced a hotel as impressive as this.
