It was clean, great facilities, including the pool and gym. Staff on level 8 in the club were excellent. Great block out blinds in the rooms for a great sleep, very comfortable beds. Meals in the club on level 8 were great. Great location.

View was great.

View was great. Just one note, if you are planning to take the subway to the CN tower you have quite the walk. Mind you, it is all indoors except for the last 300 meters. For an elderly person it is quite the trek.

Be sure to buy your tickets online, in advance of the event. The ticket holders line is long and up top people will also be there too. It's in the center of town and it's a nice building, equal to 144 floors and you arrive in less than a minute (58 seconds) but it doesn't feel like it. A couple of us visited on a warm August day and it would be better at cooler and less crowded times of the year. I'm glad to see it.

Backpackers beware - there are no lockers and some strict rules to get in. It's understandable that they would restrict certain items, but not customer friendly to not offer storage (they offered me to throw my items away if I wanted to enter).

Always great to visit, but I find it's getting very...

Always great to visit, but I find it's getting very expensive now. Again, a trip to the top and dinner in the rotating restaurant is a must for any Canadian, let alone visitors. The view is beyond compare. If you have a strong heart, hanging off the edge is something different. If you're an aviation buff, watching the Canadian International Air Show on Labour Day weekend, from the tower, is a whole new perspective on the skills of the performers. Can't look down on The Snowbirds from anywhere else!! I've done this three times, and it really is an experience! This place never gets old.

The views from the revolving restaurant are fabulous!

The views from the revolving restaurant are fabulous! I am gluten free, so had a limited menu me to be honest. Restaurant is very expensive with a minimum spend per person of around $75.00, do be prepared to spend a small fortune for dinner if you visit. Food was OK, I would not say it blew us away and we did not eat most of it due to our meal being far too rich for our palettes. Staff are fantastic!

If you've made a reservation for the 360 the restaurant just...

If you've made a reservation for the 360 the restaurant just get into the regular line not the tour line and tell the staff member you have a location, show them on your phone and then go through the security process and follow the staff members promts. Saves time so your not late for your reservation if your in the right line

The location was phenomenal! So close to all of the entertainment. The apartment was clean, well supplied and in a great location. Having Rogers Centre across the road and was fantastic. The location has numerous coffee shops, restaurants; grocery stores; shops; theatres and entertainment amenities like the CN Tower and the Rec Room. The gentleman who met us with the key was kind, welcoming and provided us with the necessary information. Would hope to stay again in the future.

The location was perfect for downtown exploring and visit. It is close to the ROM, a number of galleries, shopping, not to mention excellent dining.. Easy access by subway to CN Tower, Aquarium, City Hall, not to mention sport and theatre events. The hotel's dining room and service was excellent and very accommodating. The room was quiet, overlooking the courtyard and inviting with spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. I loved the doggy greeting area, - a nice touch - just off the lobby.

I never write reviews so it has to be something special to make me do it! Our stay was out of this world. Firstly Mahsa our host is the best - so friendly and made sure to meet us and show us around - she was also happy to be contacted for advice or help. The apartment is stunning - see the photos I will upload. Location is perfect - right beside Scotiabank Arena, right beside CN Tower, right beside Roger’s Centre, right beside Union station - it really is a perfect base. Really hope to stay again soon.

Location! Within walking distance to Roger baseball stadium, Scotiabank Ice hockey, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium. Royal Thompson Hall, home of TSO. Ontario Gallery of Art and meeting places for most tours. Staff were friendly. Our housekeeping, Novena, was especially helpful and welcoming. Bathroom is AMAZING! It made up for the tired bedroom decor. The view of the CN Tower and Rigers Stadium was impressive. We did not eat at the hotel.

Visited here for 4 nights with friends and it was ideal. It is very safe area and ideal proximity for all the main attractions - CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Scotia Bank arena etc. Kris was very prompt replying to any queries I had. The apartment itself had everything needed and was spotless.

Location suited us and the price was highly competitive for downtown toronto. It's a nice view from the window of the cn tower, Rogers arena and roundhouse park. Couch and beds are comfy. Shower always has hot water and has good pressure. The kitchen, although very basic does have some amenities like a dishwasher and fridge which is nice. I actually liked the apartment overall but there were several things that really dragged my approval down in the end... I doubt I'd rebook in the future.

Greg is the absolute best, great communication and service. Apartment was very spacious and spotless. Amazing view of the CN tower. Bed is extremely comfortable. Wifi is available. Location is great. No complains at all. The instructions for check in were super clear and easy to understand. Friendly neighbourhood. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location. Easy walk to CN tower and Aquarium. Check-in was easy. We were greeted by an associate who took us to a parking location and walked us up to our room. Great view from the 21st floor of CN tower and Roger's center. Will definitely do this again...better, roomier, and better value than a standard hotel room.
