The CN Tower was more exciting than I expected. We were very lucky to visit around mid-afternoon on a Tuesday in the off-season, so there were no line-ups at any part we visited. It gave such a different perspective of Toronto & the views were spectacular!
We had good weather so the views from the top were excellent. There weren't huge queues and plenty of space to take photos. In addition, the CN Tower is close to lots of other attractions so you can come out of one and into another without having to travel miles.
They need to be more organized they need signs stating where the line is at the top to come back down we and other families walked around the tower three times looking for the end of the line, and then when asking a staff they were very rude and argued with us I'd never recommend to anyone going to the con tower until they figure some organiaztaion skills out and work on the manner of there staff very disappointing
CityPass seems like a great idea here, but passholders are lumped into a general line and the wait was 2 hrs on a Sunday night before closing. Line management is terrible, especially towards the beginning in the ticketing area - one big clump of people. Better off scheduling a time on their website or booking at the restaurant - all those people continually walked right past our line. There's a long line to go down from the top as well. Couldn't tell where it began or ended. View was nice, especially with dusk settling in, and the outdoor area you can walk around in was great! Super friendly bartender who served us after last call at the restaurant was the highlight - we really needed a drink after the wait time and crowds. But overall, not worth a wait time longer than what you'd need at the top, about 45 min.
Recommend booking a meal in the 360 restaurant. A minimum of 2 courses for $58 which includes entry to the observation deck. The view from the restaurant is much better than the observation deck as the grating obscures your view. If I had paid $36 just for an obscured view I'd have been annoyed.
Check if it is windy and if outside deck open before you pay to go up. We were lucky that it opened before we went back down. Don't be afraid to look/walk into restaurant to see views! Have a drink or lunch, as we did. Meal very nice and not too expensive.

The location is great, downtown area, center of the city. Just opposite to the City Hall; you can see Toronto Logo Light in the room at night. Big shopping malls nearby, easy shopping location. Walking distance to St Lawrence Market, which is an amazing place, especially if you want to enjoy oysters. Also possible to go to lake area and Toronto CN Tower by walk. There is a public parking place opposite to the hotel, easy for travelers with car.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room view of Front Street and CN Tower were fantastic. Hotel location was within walking distance of the concert we were attending at Rogers Center, as well as other attractions we visited such as the Hockey Hall of Fame, St. Lawerence Market, the Distillery District. Union Station is conveniently located across the street from the hotel which made it easy to access from the airport.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in the entertainment district within easy walking distance to the main sites including the CN tower and Rogers centre. The hotel is very clean with polite and friendly staff and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Loads of excellent bars and restaurants close by in a relaxed area. Great base for exploring Toronto.

Great view of Toronto waterfront from our 42nd floor suite - which had a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Friendly checkin lady gave us a complimentary breakfast voucher (it was a good breakfast too!). Hotel within easy walking distance of Union Station, CN Tower and other attractions.

Great apartment with excellent view, from Ontario Lake to CN tower. This was my first visit in Toronto. This place helped me to get more from this experience. Good WiFi connection. Parking inside building, easy to access. Very good downtown location. Friendly staff who carefully solve some special request I had for check in.

Apartment was in a great location in Toronto overlooking the CN Tower. Pretty spacious, although it would have been good to have storage space (and not only a closet without drawers). Our host was great and accommodating. Parking is a big plus.
