Comfortable, large room, clean. Very happy with our stay at the hotel

The room was well-appointed. No shabby furniture or general feeling of 'crapiness'. Instead everything was fresh, bright and pleasant.

The customer service was excellent and I was made to feel that I was the most important guest. I highly recommend it

The hotel does all the important things right. Comfy, clean, with all facilities i needed. Constant access to tea and coffee was great.

The hotel was terrific! Great location, extremely helpful and welcoming staff, generous breakfast included and very clean and comfortable room. We were very grateful to the gentleman on site when we arrived. He was extremely accommodating and helpful and made all the difference to our stay.

I love this hotel. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to so many restaurants and great for a walk along the waterfront.

I loved the staff especially Aaron at the front desk he was friendly and explained things well The breaking the morning was delicious and hot with lots too choose from.

Love the front desk staff. Lovely people. Clean comfortable room with coffee machine and a variety of brands to choose from. Free breakfast added to the enjoyment of my stay. I always choose Quality Inn everything im in Burlington.

Breakfast was good, not great for the price......Starbuck's coffee was a nice touch.
