we loved this hotel, it was the perfect place to explore English Bay and Stanley Park

Location was very convenient and close to cruise terminal. Staff was excellent and they accommodated us earlier after our long flight.

Very quiet and nice room with lovely view of harbour. Big comfortable king bed and spacious room itself. The location was perfect, it was easy to get everywhere. Personnel was nice too.

Room facilities and view, great location

We booked a 4 night stay, then came back a week later and stayed another 4 nights. We enjoyed the gym, our suite was lovely and we found the staff to be exceptional.

Rainbow!!! The front desk clerk, she is the best! So welcoming and helpful! I would go back just for her wonderful and awesome customer service. The room had all that I needed and very comfortable.

We visited during a busy time (New Year) so spaces to sit for Breakfast were limitied. We chose to take our breakfast back to our room, liked the orange juice, muffin, yoghurt selection. Sometimes came for a coffee late evening,

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was fabulous. Checkin staff responded to our request for a ground floor room.

Location was ideal. Staff was always willing to help Kitchen was well equipped

Within its price range and allocation, it’s a very good hotel. Not everything works perfectly come up with the staff go away above expectation to help.

Staff was extremely friendly - and provided many good tips as well as allowing me to leave the car parked beyond the departure time to explore more of downtown vancouver without worrying about street parking.

I stayed there before. Gorgeous view over downtown and the harbour. Spacious room with all the necessities. Ample restaurants in the vicinity and easy walking to Canada Place, Service Canada, etc.

Central location within walking distance from the harbour, Gastown, Yaletown and the shopping district

Everything...location, kitchen, friendly front desk, parking.

Great location and very nice place

This is my favorite hotel in Vancouver. It is at downtown and very near of everything! Capilano or Whistler shuttles are in front of the it's door! The hotel staff are always available and very kind! I've used to stay here when I was flight attendant for Mexicana Airlines and I remember this hotel as one of my favorite ones. I returned after 14 years and was pleasantly surprised to find that it is still excellent! Beds are wonderful!
