This property has a great location just across from the West Edmonton Mall and also has a bus stop also juat out the front. Staff were really helpful and friendly and place was clean and tidy. Breakfast provided was fresh and adequate options available.

We have stayed there four times now, and each time has been excellent. This time has been the first time since 2012! The hotel has changed a little bit, but it still feels like we have come home. It's that good! Yes, people will disagree with us, but we loved it - again!!

Staff very helpful from bell hops to reception first class! The hotel is perfectly situated in the WEM, and they offered me a free wheelchair for the day to help my 95 year old mum get around! Lovely breakfast served in L2 restaurant at a cost. Great green apples at the reception, fridge, and coffee maker in room. Stayed for two separate visits . Both outstanding.

The room is good and comfortable. Beyond my expectations considering the price is low. Restaurant service is superb. The food is delicious and very affordable. The location is very close to all important places.

The staff are very accommodating and eager to make guests comfortable. A fairly quiet nook in a busy part of town with Mafield Common right next door.

Everything!!! The staff, the breakfast, the room complimentary laundry, the location....the list is long. Probably the best Canadian hotel that our family has ever stayed in.
