Staff friendliness and close to WEM.

Great facilities, clean, good breakfast

They hold afternoon tea, with cheese and wine, every afternoon giving guests a chance to meet-and-greet other guests.

Everything! Great location, clean room and amazing hospitality!

The room was very comfortable and squeaky clean. Couldn't ask for anything better. I knew the hatel for year but I heard that it went downhill. However it was nicer than 25 years ago. Excellent wifi service as well. and tv

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and I want to especially thank Lucia at the front desk for being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Her attentive service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Everything from the moment we checked in (including the warm cookie). Very comfy beds, modern room, great bar and friendly staff!

The location is very convenient. Opposite is West Edmonton Mall.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing!

Always a good stay - thank you

The breakfast was amazing. Spacious rooms with a good bathroom.

The breakfast choices were excellent, and the meals were excellent

We have stayed there four times now, and each time has been excellent. This time has been the first time since 2012! The hotel has changed a little bit, but it still feels like we have come home. It's that good! Yes, people will disagree with us, but we loved it - again!!

Hotel reception large, open, clean. Friendly staff. Complimentary tea and coffee nearby. Laundry room, good. We were on top floor, quiet. Room large, clean, walk-in shower, as I requested. Big bathroom, with complimentary toiletries. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and coffee/ tea maker, complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast included in price and was very good indeed. Hotel a short drive from the West Edmonton Mall.

Location was excellent, we had access to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment available at the mall. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our suite was beautifully cleaned by the attendant, Bonnie, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The bed was large and comfortable and the location was excellent (barely a 9-minute drive from the mall).

Location to the city centre and malls

The kindness of the Reception and the women that worked at the kitchen room that I like more .

The staff are very accommodating and eager to make guests comfortable. A fairly quiet nook in a busy part of town with Mafield Common right next door.

The service There were two exceptional ladies: the young one at the reception and the other one serving food. They were so friendly and ready to help

That there was ample parking and Rickis restaurant. The front desk staff were wonderful and very informative.
