Great staff, they let us check in early as we had arrived earlier and was pouring rain. Very accommodating.

The location is perfect, easy to go around to some famous scenic spots, bus stops and good restaurants nearby on foot. The staffs are all very welcoming and helpful and they run 24hrs which gives us extra convenience. They recommended us many places and restaurants to visit, save us a lot of time. The room is spacious and cozy, they provide extra pillows and quilt in the room so we have no worries to fight for the stuffs while sleeping. We would rather just stay in the room all day than going out because the room was too comfy. Would love to stay here again next time when the restaurant at 1st floor is open, just to taste the food.

The Floyd restaurant is great. The glass wear in the room is a nice addition compared to plastic cups

Hotel was in a great location and attached to pubs, restaurants and a liquor store that was stocked with a great selection of whiskys. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff were lovely.

The hotel is in the most amazing location just on the shoulder of the main high street but without feeling like you’re in a busy area. The pool and leisure facilities were also great! Our room was super comfy and the staff were all absolutely lovely so we couldn’t have really asked for more!

Great location with short walk to downtown and the fisherman wharf, large grocery within 400 meters walk.

The view was amazing over the bay, watching the sea planes land and the lights at night. It was in a great position to walk into town with plenty of restaurants in walking distance

Great run operation. A building with a fantastic history and in grate shape. Great Staff, which is probably the most important aspect of a hotel in this price range. The location is GORGEOUS and we could do almost everything on foot.

The room was comfortable, thoughtful of owners to leave a few necessities such as ocoffee, tea, oive oil. The only negative was the frustration of the entrance gate sticking until we learned the secret to push on it,, Also the washer in the apartment did not work.. Otherwise, a great place, love the location and the coziness and the balcony..

The central location is great, near bars and restaurants. very easy to walk around to nearby attractions and the harbour

The location near the event I was attending. It was always quiet and comfortable when I left and returned via my suite. I'd stay here again for sure.
