The property is located within walking distance of the main street of Smithers and only takes 2 minutes to get there.
The property has guest laundry facilities situated alongside a great looking kitchen with everything you will need if you want to self cater. Our bathroom had a walk in shower cubicle which was large, spacious and very welcome.
There is plenty of on site easily accessible parking.

Stayed one night while passing through. Bed was comfortable, but the room was noisy, the bathroom drain smelled, and the shower curtain was dirty. Okay for a quick stopover, but not more. Also, breakfast was listed until 10:00 AM on Booking.com, but we were told it ended at 9:00 – so no breakfast for us.
