This place is wonderfull, it is like a mixture of hotek and apartment, as you have the best of both... the apartment was really big, had all the equipment we might have needed, had coffee, tea, sugar... and we barely used the public transportation because most of the tourist places are just in a walking distance. The recepcionists are very quickly answering all questions before arrival, super helpful during the stay. They were also very kind to our family group and offered an incredible upgrade. There is a businness center with computer, scanner and printer for free... thank you very much for everything...

A Memorable Family Getaway – Exceeded All Expectations! Our recent stay at king Edward was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made us feel right at home. Traveling with family, including young children, can often be challenging, but the team at king Edward went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. Situated in a prime location, DOWNTOWN TORONTO offered easy access to local attractions, making it the ideal base for exploring the area. The hotel is ideally located close to all of the important downtown Toronto landmarks. It is also part of the PATH network, and you can walk to Union Station within 10 minutes. The room looked out towards the lake and you get an incredible sight, especially at night.

The hotel has a very nice standard all around. The beds, pillows and duvets were exceptionally good. The complementary concierge service was super nice and handy, and surprisingly flexible even though we ended up ordering it last minute almost every time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The wifi was terrible in our room at first but we just called reception and the sent a technician that fixed it right away. The rooftop pool area was really nice too, although the area itself is rather small they kept it non-crowded and relaxing the two hour time slots guests had to reserve in advance. The gym was really nice, it was actually a real, full equipped gym and tennis courts, not like a lot of other hotels that claim the have a gym only to find out it's some dark corner of the property where they placed some machines. One of the days the rooftop bar was closed due to a supposed storm that never came, so the restaurant on the 2nd floor provided extra pool bar service since the weather turned out nice, which they actually did better than the normal staff working the rooftop bar, even though they had to bring it from the 2nd to the 28th floor. The female head waiter from the 2nd floor restaurant deserves a raise in general. She just connected well with everyone. So bravo! All in all a really enjoyable stay.
