Great location for a work trip to Toronto

In addition to a convenient location, the originality of the interior design of the individual rooms as well as of the common spaces, with all the comfort of a modern Hotel but with the feeling of being in an artistic gallery in a historical building, including it’s now almost unique elevator. The attention of the staff made us also feeling very welcome.

Great location with a fun little rooftop pool and a lively, social vibe. But the most remarkable is the staff! Robin at concierge was amazing—so helpful with everything we needed, always going above and beyond. Tom at reception was also fantastic, always friendly and nothing was ever too much. I work in hospitality and can say the service here is truly outstanding, not just good. The whole team is professional, kind, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing this new brand grow!

Great bed and pillows. Restaurant facilities excellent and high quality food. Especially loved the breakfasts. Bathroom felt very luxurious.

I had a really enjoyable stay here in Toronto. The location is excellent very central and convenient, with easy access to transport, shops, and everything you might need nearby. It made getting around the city simple and stress-free. The room size was perfect for a solo traveller like myself comfortable, well-organized, and just the right amount of space to relax after a day out. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised by the discounted price, especially as I booked quite suddenly. It was amazing value for such a convenient and comfortable stay. The staff were very kind, professional, and responsive throughout my stay. Communication was smooth, and I always felt supported if I had a question. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would happily stay here again.

It really had everything that one needs. Also, the hotel staff give tips that saves one money. It looks run down but has everything that one needs and kindness of staff - that went a long way for me.

Worth for money and nice neat and clean room and toilet
