There was a problem at check-in on Booking.com's side (they hadn't actually reserved my room) but the hotel staff was very kind and patient and thankfully they had one room left and they gave it to us for the same price and figured it out at their end with Booking.com. the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and the pool was warm. I would stay here again!

Good location across from Ramsey lake with a beautiful walking trail. Science north is across the street enjoyed watching a 3D film. Hotel is nice, lobby has microwave and coffee for free. Rooms all have fridges which is convenient as you can pick up a meal and warm it up downstairs.

Location was great! We walked to science north, Tim hortons, and a great playground with splash pad. All within walking distance. Pool was perfect depth for kids, and kept clean. Rooms were typical, clean with comfy beds.

The location was ideal since I had appointments at the old Memorial Hospital site and the Health Science North building.. So we didn't have too far to drive. The staff was friendly which is a bonus. The price was good.

The Perkins restaurant, which is part of the hotel, was great. Hotel patrons received an extra ten percent discount off of their food bill. The staff in the Hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and courteous! For patrons who like to swim there is a pool included in the hotel. The facility is within walking distance to the Sudbury hospital and Science North.
