Loved the park- it’s magnificent.
Loved the park- it’s magnificent. We shouldn’t have walked so much before getting to the park because it’s so big so next time would take the hop-on bus or something. Could have spent more time there than we did. Would love to go back and visit the nature house and aquarium. Need more than one trip to see and do everything.

You stop here on a tour with land and sea tours, around the city and the suspension bridge! If you do we definitely think all the guys must be great but Recommend Tim from our experience he was Funny, accommodating and very knowledgeable!!! If you are lucky and have more time you can also walk there if you are staying in downtown!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel right in the heart of downtown, perfectly located close to all the major hotspots like Canada Place. Having the Christmas market right on the doorstep made the location even more special and added to the overall charm of the stay. We also went to the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest Event and it was so convenient to go to the location at Stanley Park from the property.

I keep going back here because it is such a lovely older facility. It has charm and personality. The apartments are a good size, and everything you need is provided. They are dog friendly, and really close to Stanley Park (for dog walking.). Staff are so wonderful and nice.

Our room was on the 25th floor, which offered amazing views of downtown as well as the bay, and there was very minimal street noise The hotel is located near many shops, but is also walking distance to Stanley Park, Gastown and Yaletown. The adjoining cafe was superb. Both hotel and cafe staff were excellent - friendly and professional.

Great location next to the Laughing Buddhas. The edge of Stanley Park and at the corner of Denman and Davie, couldn't be a better location in Vancouver. The history of the hotel on the walls is especially endearing. Love the the lounge.

Location was great for its closeness to Granville Island and UCW. Just off a main road but still low traffic on hotel’s street.
A bit of a walk if taking the Skytrain from airport / closest station stop to hotel but doable.
Close to the waterfront but not to Gaston, West End or Stanley Park.
For out-of-towners, the distance from closest Canada Line station may be an issue if you wanted to use that primarily during your stay.
Lots of good eateries nearby (UCW proximity?).

The central downtown location of the hotel was excellent and in close proximity to Coal Harbour, Canada Place, Stanley Park, the Beaches and Granville Island! The harbour-view-room, which we had requested, was outstanding as we could watch the yachts, cruise ships, and numerous float planes travel to and fro on the water throughout the day and evening! Fascinating!

Comfortable room, in a good location in downtown Vancouver and near enough to Stanley Park. You can get a good breakfast at a place across the street, and it has a great staff. Although the hotel has shared bathrooms, that is not a problem because they are always available anytime day or night, and easily accessible. No inconvenience here. Also, there is free coffee every morning and free laundry. Who could ask for more?

Nice central location, walkable to Stanley Park, restaurants/bars on Robeson and Davie, as well as the Seabus terminal to get to North Vancouver. Quick bus ride to Gastown and Chinatown. Area right by the hotel is quiet at night but not far from things to do - great base of operations for visiting Vancouver if you plan to be traveling to different parts of the city. Beautiful view of the water and mountains from the rooms on the North side of the building.

AAAAAA + for EVERY REASON! Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service, Location, High Class Professionalism, Friendly, Clean - PERFECT!! Nothing bad at all. Two blocks from Canada place, short walk to Gastown Steam Clock and Sky tower. Bus 19 on side of building takes you direct to Stanley Park. OUTSTANDING PLACE!! Don’t hesitate to stay here, you WON’T BE SORRY!
