When we arrived we were upgraded to a harbour view suite that had been recently renovated. The suite was very clean, modern, bathroom and shower were lovely, filtered water tap in the bathroom as well, sensored lights the moment you stepped out of bed to go to the bathroom at night. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were amazing too. Staff very helpful, breakfast buffet was really good something for everyone, fresh omelets and eggs made too. We needed to get a taxi to the airport and they arranged one of their private cars to take us. Service at the hotel was amazing and very good location for us to get to the CN Tower and Roger Centre.

The staff was great and the room was clean!

Beautiful hotel, very nice and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great location in downtown, walking distance to Union Station.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. Amazing service. Personal touch.

The Royal Fairmont is more than just a hotel; it's a symbol of a city steeped in history, combining impeccable service, a sophisticated atmosphere, and comfort that leaves a lasting impression and a desire to return. The location is considered one of the best in Toronto. The rooms are spacious, with a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern amenities: stylish furniture, high-quality linens, and excellent soundproofing. I'll definitely be back.

We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

I love the breakfast buffet offered during my stay at “Holiday Inn Express.” Also, I love the convenience of having a gym in the hotel.
