Located right in the heart of the city, the hotel made an exceptional impression. The staff is highly professional and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist guests. The service at the front desk, the restaurant and by housekeeping. Front desk manager Sundar and shift assistants (both named Aisha) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping paid great attention to detail. We also enjoyed the cuisine at the restaurant. Kudos to the chef for her interesting blend of flavours. The location is superb: near Union Station and many tourist spots. And we love the decor. All the different sections of the lobby are Instagrammable, and the Victorian kettle in the room is a pleasing touch.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

Everything is so comfortable and nice. It is just behind Union station which is very conveninent to take metro and quiet.
