Staff was very helpful and friendly and we were very happy with the personalized service all throughout our stay. This modern boutique hotel exuded a charm and had all the amenities in he room to make us feel comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive with our needs.

It was clean, great facilities, including the pool and gym. Staff on level 8 in the club were excellent. Great block out blinds in the rooms for a great sleep, very comfortable beds. Meals in the club on level 8 were great. Great location.

The property was beautiful presented and very modern. Everything you need is included and the location is amazing for the CN tower and blue jays stadium

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more than expected. Front desk staff was very helpful, kind and accommodating.

Extremely comfortable beds. Great showers and plenty of extra amenities. A nifty little switch to indicate whether you want housekeeping or not. Ice machines on 3 different floors. Helpful staff at desk. I was able to check in early at no extra cost which was a pure delight! (12pm)

We went to the theatre and it was the perfect location. Enjoyed the hot tub and the room was large.

First off, the staff...we got a great welcome, they were extremely friendly. Our room was ready ahead of check in which was fantastic after a long journey to get there. The location was excellent....right in the heart of the entertainment district.
