Bed was just the best ever. Also location was really good and staff friendly and helpful.

The 6-star service.....the central location....the rooms......the amazing, respectful, caring staff

Really beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and good location

Comfortable, excellent location

Location, fantastic city view& staff.

I loved the luxury of a modern hotel. Free water every day, a very good coffee machine in the room you could prepare tea with it too. Perfect housekeeping and bathroom products. I didn't use the gym and pool but it looked good.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff.

We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

Its a great and very clean apartment with super comfortabel beds. We really enjoyed our stay here and its only 2 kilometers from the CN tower located. Also the cohost is super friendly and helpful.

The room is nice, well maintained. The problem is there is no closet or hangers.

Every thing is ok I’m very happy

Fantastic apartment hotel with all the ammenities. Staff are lovely

To remark how gentle and helpful were receptionists at the hotel, we love it.

We liked everything! The location is unbeatable and the apartment is amazing with everything you need. The staff is so helpful and nice, a special thanks to Sonia who got us checked in and placed in the apartment way before check in time. After our original apartment became unavailable when we landed, it was amazing to find this absolute gem!

A lovely tasteful boutique set-up with just a handful of rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.

I booked the accommodation under Filmores Hotel through your app.. This hotel is closed. I was directed to 251 Jarvis Street, through booking.com, to locate a Fob and Key in a lock box, in a shop, a short distance from the apartment . The accommodation was excellent and close to downtown. I would recommend this to friends. I can not give a review on the Filmores Hotel because it is not available. I was surprised when I arrived(Tronto) that the accommodation did not match the type advertised by booking.com.

The location, the room itself, breakfast, the staff , the services, everything!!!

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries, tissues, and shampoo. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. One of my favorite perks was the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby—such a thoughtful touch!

10/10! The place was clean, facilities were up to standard and the staff were very welcoming as well as beyond helpful with every enquiry.
