Having breakfast delivered to your suite at your preferred time was a nice touch vs the typical buffet style continental breakfast. The location is so convenient- close to the main train station and even better a tram stop located right outside. Daily housekeeping went above most 4 star hotels and everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly.

Close to Zurich Central Station. Very accessible by bus/tram. A lot of cafes and shops in the area. And true to the hotel name, the theme of the hotel is chocolate, even the bedside table is a stack of chocolates. The hallway going to our room is like a gallery of Swiss Chocolatiers and Chocolate Makers. They also have a chocolate fountain at the reception free for everyone.

The apartment is great. Good Internet. The location is one train stop away from Zurich central station (HBF) which is convenient. There was also a COOP grocery store nearby which was open from 7 to 11 p.m. The owner left us snacks and water bottles to welcome us. The kitchen was equipped with essentials and even had oven gloves ( which we discovered on the last day, not that we needed them).

I did not receive the check-in code on the day of arrival, even though I kept emailing the host. They never replied, so I had to urgently book another hotel. The location is not very close to Zurich Central Station, and the host’s response time is very slow. They are the worst host I’ve ever met.
