Perfect location. Near to the Cavancha beach, lots of good restaurants and the Baquedano pedestrian street. Nice comfortable little studio flat on the 17th floor with a great view. The top floor bar and swimming pool were excellent to cool down after a hot sunny day.

A budget hotel in the old town which is very clean and has very comfortable beds and soft pillows. I like the fact that there’s a coffee machine at reception and a little stand with various confectionary items you can buy. The staff are kind and friendly. A 20-25 min walk will take you to Cavancha beach.

The hotel is very well located, has a beautiful sea view, is near to the Baquedano street and the center of Iquique and in walking distance to the Cavancha beach and the mall. Employees were very friendly. The parking is good and shaded. Rooms were spacious and the view outstanding. The pool is nice and has sea view. Breakfast was also good.

The best thing of this hotel is the location a block from Cavancha beach. The double queen Room is big and i paid for sea view!
