Location, Location , Location. This Hotel was the Best that we stayed in several years of travelling. From the moment we arrived to smiling and welcoming faces to take our luggage and then a smooth checkin and then off to our well appointed rooms after a welcome drink, It just doesn't get any better. The hotel is very clean with great common areas to relax with a drink. The morning breakfast which was also included had a great variety of selection for everyone with attentive and happy employees.

The staff was really helpful when we needed to add an extra room and even offered us an apartment for just a little more. The place was really clean, new upgraded surfaces and really comfy beds. We liked the big windows overlooking the bustle of this happening street below. The windows block a lot of the noise, although not entirely, so just be aware that it's a city location. It's fun to walk out the door and right into the yummy food store below (called Fork) and the many restaurants nearby. We also walked to the historical attractions like the Castillo Hidalgo and the Plaza de Armas.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to discover downtown Santiago. The hotel is in a quiet street next to the Santa Lucía hill, very close to the busy downtown area but away from the noise and chaos. The hotel has been beautifully carved into one or two old buildings with Art Nouveau details, and is very tastefully decorated. The room was comfortable, the terrace lovely, the restaurant excellent, and the staff very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Lastarria neighborhood, which has several trendy restaurants.

Staff was very helpfull, 24 hours reception. The location is wonderful and we were lucky for a good price as it was off peak season. The breakfast is lovely, just what you need.

The Vitoria is a true gem. The charming decor shown in photos was everywhere, in the rooms, the stairways, and the hallways. Hotel front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Location was perfect, easy walking to major sights and steps away from the Bellas Artes metro station. I could not have had a nicer stay. Thank you!

Excellent hotel and staff. The location was fantastic.

Wonderfully located and luxurious design. Fabulous rooftop with equally fabulous food and pisco sours. Good gym (big!)/spa. Tasteful à la carte breakfast. But the best thing are the members of staff: all extremely friendly and going out of their way to help.

A great little hotel. We really loved the shady garden and lovely cool swimming pool. Convenient for restaurants. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed

Location in a great place to explore the fun part of Santiago. Someone has really gone into allot of effort to make it nice. Really nice staff. However if you are someone who will move next to an airport to complain about the noise. This is not for you. The staff were very helpful when I got mugged outside and my phone stolen. (My fault) The noise! The energy! The Chilean wine tasting int the complex across the street. This is a party area.
