This is a great hotel - we've been there 3 times already. The 24h reception is one of the reasons - we were always very well received at different times. The rooms are great, huge, spacious and very comfortable. Big bed, perfect toilet. Delicious and various breakfast. We recommend it!

The location was ik because I had to take the bus to the airport.

I'm very satisifed of my stay at this hotel: the room was comfy and equipped with A/C, directly in the city centre, within walking distance of monuments. Breakfast was excellent, extremely varied with several sweet and salty choices. A Banco Sandander ATM is directly on the side of the hotel entrance, which I really appreciated. The staff was very helpful and called a taxi for me without hesitation.

A great place! The building is old and charming, but the interior is freshly remodeled and modern. Bright, spacious room, very comfortable bed, great shower, good breakfast, super helpful and attentive staff. We liked this hotel so much that we stayed an extra night!

For a hotel within easy walking distance of the train station you can't go wrong. It's well located, clean, and safe. We stayed twice, once in a basic double room and once in a large suite. Neither was fancy, but both were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was good and healthy, with lots of options. The room was silent and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The cleaning superb. The shower strong. Take a Uber in front of the premises was fast.

Good location, near bus depot and also the bus stop from the airport. Easy check-in and check out. Air conditioning worked.

Excellent stay outside the city centre, very convenient for tourist travel with close proximity to subway. Inward facing rooms very calm, great bedding, beautiful interiors and excellent breakfast.

they gave us free wifi, and free beer/sodas. very good. and free television to watch too.

Hotel is located in good neighbourhood, walking distance from the airport bus stop (Republica) I arrived late but still it was easy to check in - though please inform them in front in case you are arriving late. Friendly staff speaking Spanish. Basic breakfast but totally enough.

The staff were great. Very fun, and willing to accomodate all of our requests!
