The hotel location it's excellent, center of town. The staff was helpful and friendly. Ms Winey she check/in us and upgrade to the suite in higher floor with panorama windows. And another staff was Mr Carl he was helpful very kind he upgrade us to stay one more night. All staff was excellent.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel. We had lots of special attentions from the hotel and staff for that!

The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a stunning window view of the city skyline. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bathroom with automatic toilets, which added an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Room service was prompt and the quality of the food was excellent. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine. The location was perfect for my business trip — directly opposite the Convention Center and just a short 5-minute walk away. Overall, it was a seamless and very comfortable stay.

Excellent location, clean. Cannot fault

The location is in a local area of Futien, not many tourist attractions around. Most places will require taxi or metro to travel to. That being said, it’s quite central to most locations around Shenzhen. 10mins ride every where. Breakfast was pretty good. Straightforward selection and tasty too.

Location - not far away from Metro station. All amenities present in the room. It was quiet in the night mainly because the room has no window! Low cost.

Everything was great. Fast elevator, nice staff, great location, spacious shower space, comfortable bed. Close to metro and not far from 華強北 and 福田口岸。

Everything was great. The location is great. The girls at the reception were very friendly. The apartment was cleaned every day, and our towels were changed. All in all, if I come to Shenzhen again, I will definitely come back to this property.

I love the way i was taking care of when I was sick by Rafa en Curtis. Even if i was 10.000km far from i felt at peace and home. Even the last days rafa kept checking on me, which was really nice
