Great service and amazing breakfast

We had an absolutely amazing time on this trip! The hotel in Chongqing was fantastic. The reception staff were so warm and welcoming. I love China!

I came from another hotel. In another scenic spot, the staff here are very friendly, and the sunset in the evening is also very beautiful. Today, I will go to the next trip - Guanyin Bridge, which is also recommended by the staff. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff is very good. The room is really clean. The night view of Chongqing is very beautiful. The recommended food is delicious.

Person number 3 and Person number 4 at hotel reception made our experience magical at the hotel. They made us feel very comfortable as guests. We left our laundry behind and the hotel facilitated the laundry being delivered to our next destination. They had photos of what we left behind and sent it to us to confirm. The accommodation had very generous sized rooms. It was immaculately clean. All the housekeeping staff were so helpful in making our rooms fresh and tidy and teaching us how to use the washing machines and dryers. There is a fully stocked guest lounge and our fridges were filled with drinks and snacks. It was all included as part of the room rate which was not expensive at all. We felt that it was better service than any 5 star hotel we have ever stayed at. Breakfast selection was amazing. I would come here just for the food! There is so many parts that I can describe as exceptional. The most memorable is the attention to detail and service. The rooms were luxurious. We will come back again and have recommended this hotel to all our friends. Walling hotel in Chongqing is our home away from home.
