Hotel muito confortável e muito bem localizado

To be honest, at first I thought booking this hotel had been a big mistake. On the day of check-in, I received a strange message saying that I needed to confirm my reservation by 6:00 PM and that if I arrived after 8:00 PM, they couldn’t secure my room, which left me horrified. When I arrived, my initial impression didn't improve much, as the staff didn't speak English and had to use translation apps to communicate, the TV in the room was entirely in Chinese with no international channels, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. However, as time went on, my perception completely changed. Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to help guests and were exceptionally attentive, even helping me with some shopping I needed to do. Whenever I waited in the lobby for my ride to arrive, they would bring over refreshments without me even having to ask. On top of that, the room was big and comfortable, the breakfast, while lacking in variety, was delicious, and the location right next to Ritan Park is fantastic, offering a great price for this area of Beijing. In the end, the incredible hospitality more than made up for the minor hiccups and made the stay well worth it.

O espaço e conforto do quarto, além do pessoal serem bastante gentis
