Stunning design, superb staff, truly wonderful

Beautiful hotel with great view! Cozy room, cozy coffeeshop with good quality coffee and food. Staff is super friendly, answer to anything in WeChat in few minutes after request. Location provides an opportunity to access anything around just by walking. Few restaurants and pubs are just in a minute walk as well.

We liked the very nice design and style of the hotel. The rooms are very new and the breakfast including the coffee was great.

Brook at the concierge was amazing, he was friendly and detailed, and never hesitate to go the extra mile!

Lovely private hotel. The staff were so kind and nice! They helped us with absolutely everything

The location and everything about the homestay is very pleasing. The owner and the staff are very kind and friendly. We enjoyed wholesome breakfasts, walks in the area and a brief bamboo weaving workshop where we learned how to make rings. We stayed for 2 nights but I wish we had more time.

Great location ! Room was super spacious and authentic Breakfast was very good

It was a clean excellent hotel and is a full Non-smoking property so there is no residual smoke smell anywhere. Facilities are also good and well worth the rates we paid. Another very good aspect for Indian travellers is that there is an Indian restaurant just adjacent to the property so Indian travellers will be able to get Indian food in China which is otherwise quite difficult to get or you have to go far. Overall a great property.

private space & delicious meal! Services was so nice too

If presidents and foreign dignatories have stayed and held meetings here so can we !

Huge spacious grounds right next to the lake. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Grounds are very well maintained and clean. Offers a sanctuary away from the crowds. Location is excellent!!
