I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Shanghai, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was perfect in every way. The view from our room was breathtaking — we could see the beautiful lake and the Shanghai skyline, including the highest tower in the city. It was truly unforgettable, especially at night. When we arrived from the airport, we had a problem paying the taxi. The hotel staff handled the situation with incredible kindness. A staff member named Ivey paid the taxi fare on our behalf, which immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of after a long journey. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. Both British and Chinese breakfasts were available, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Room service was another highlight. The fridge was generously filled every day, with extra items provided, which showed great attention to guest comfort. I would especially like to mention Zed, who truly represents the highest level of hospitality. Whenever we needed anything, he was always ready to help with a friendly and professional attitude. His support made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and several shops and fast-food restaurants such as McDonald’s and Subway are only a 3-minute walk away. Overall, this hotel was perfect in terms of service, comfort, view, and location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai and would happily stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and well-organized inside, and the room was spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful — one of the receptionists even offered to walk me to the airport when I asked for directions. It’s also very easy to reach the airport, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 1.

In the heart of the french concession, what a bucolique environment. Good welcome, superb rooms. Will definitely come back.
