Great room and the breakfast buffet was outstanding every morning. We also had our 49th wedding anniversary dinner at Oben and it was exceptional.

Position of property, staff, vibe.

The hotel offers excellent connectivity, with the train station located less than 1 km away. Major attractions such as Römerberg and the river can be reached within 2–3 km. The staff were very cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. Although I had booked the room for only two adults, I traveled with two children, and the hotel kindly accommodated both kids free of charge, charging only the city tax. Breakfast was not selected, as it was not clearly verified during the booking process.

everything i loved in this hotel room 862 perfect room location and view i simply loved the skyline room it was awesome stay very friendly staff and pool on 8th floor. i will visit again , very close to mall sky plaza , walk only 8 minutes i loved my stay here

The environment, even though is right on the street was serene and peaceful. Dinner at the restaurant was great! Wifi worked fine. I loved the spa facility especially the sauna. The room was clean, comfortable bed and nice street view. Overall, I recommend 👌

It’s real 5 star hotel in a city

The staff was very kind and friendly. I "lost" my phone while checking in, thought I had left it in the taxi, turns out I put it into a sidepocked of my laptop bag which I didn't know existed if that makes sense.Therefore I was freaking out but the staff kept calm and tried to calm me down, they were very helpful by helping me search and trying to reach the taxi driver on the phone. Fortunately I found my phone in this mysterious sidepocked. We loved it there. It was clean, it was spacious and the hotel is very well connected to the airport (20min drive), to the metro (1min walk) and to the train station (15min walk, 3min by car). 100% rebooking this place if we will be in Frankfurt the next time. Oh and they have a rooftop bar on the 47th floor and I believe they told us it's the highest rooftop bar in Europe. Unfortunately, we didn't find time to visit the bar because we had a full schedule (we were the for a convention at Messe Frankfurt) but we would love to visit it next time.

The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised, parking area is quite small but we were lucky to have enough space. After a long trip it was exactly what we needed and the water pressure of the shower was the cherry on top. Receptionists very friendly, would stay again for sure

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is on a quiet residential street with a grocery store very close by.

Quiet peaceful neighborhood. About half an hour to sights. Clean, cozy and warm room. Friendly staff at reception. We arrived before the check-in time and were allowed to leave our suitcases at the reception.

The staff were very accommodating despite my late arrival, and the check-in procedure was very clear. The location is also convenient since it is near public transportation. I found it to be a great place for an overnight layover.

The hotel is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood close to several transport options. We stayed in a triple room and it was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is located in the city center, in the nice and safe area of Westend. Initially, I was wondering whats wrong, because the price was very cheap, but i was positively surprised. The room had all I needed, it was spacious, silent and clean. Honestly I think its the best best place to stay for very reasonable price. You would hardly find a better deal.

The staff was especially friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for us, next to parks, subway, streetcar, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

The room was clean and comfortable, location not far from Hbf Frankfurt. I really liked breakfast, personal was nice and friendly.

Location is convenient (and quiet) and the room we had was not too hot although it was scourching outside. The accommodation was clean and the towels were changed daily.

Pizza shop open late! Easy Check-in/out. Easy to get downtown. Quiet
