We stayed in Karlsruhe because it was close to Bad Bagszebern and Durenbach where we were doing family research. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and knowledgeable. An ability to have coffee in the morning and to chill in the lobby. The bed was comfortable. There were no noises during the night. There was a fridge in the room. The room was clean. It was nice to get a welcome card in the room. The location is good. Several grocery stores and restaurants are nearby or within walking distance.
