All the reception staff were very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was very close to both parks and green spaces, as well as the city center. Despite having many guests, the hotel felt very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The room I stayed in was generally clean, and there was always hot water, so I had no issues with taking a shower and there was also a mini fridge in the room. The room I stayed in was quite small, but this was not a problem for me at all. Since I was mostly out exploring the city and experiencing the local culture, I only needed the room as a place to rest, and it was more than sufficient for me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly and helpful staff made my stay very comfortable. I also really appreciated being able to contact the staff whenever I needed help and knowing that they were always willing to find a solution if any issue came up. For all these reasons, I would definitely recommend this hotel. If I visit the city again, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.
