Comfortable room; location is perfect for walking into downtown Mannheim and/or visiting the historic Wasserturm. Front desk was extremely helpful. Parking conveniently available across the street or in front of the hotel. Would recommend for a nice stay in Mannheim.
Offering a terrace and a shared lounge, Kleiner Rosengarten has rooms with air conditioning, free WiFi and a cable flat-screen TV.

The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly.
Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither.
So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous.
I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.
Located in Mannheim, a 10-minute walk from University of Mannheim, Speicher7 Hotel has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

Nothing to like here- this must have been he worst hotel we've stayed in for over 10 years!
It was total crap disguised as hipster.
This modern and stylish hotel offers free WiFi, a 24-hour reception and a fully equipped gym. The NH Mannheim lies in the business district, 1.6 mi east of the city center.
