The hotel location is fine. the temperature in the rooms is warm. The water works. The light works. The restaurant breakfast works.

I rented the Studio, and it was very nicely decorated, comfortable, very spacious and with caring details (Bluetooth speaker, a personal message with fruits and cake, a drink from the minibar for free, good coffee and tea in the room...). big comfortable bed.

Fantastic hotel with pool, spa and sauna. Great buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. A little back from centre but very close to metro or short uber trip for 15 euro.

we stayed there for 5 nights and everything was 100% the staff so friendly and helpful always ready to help us if we needed the room was comfortable the showers in the bathroom were amazing

Excellent stay and very friendly staff. Mr. Ansari at the reception was exceptionally polite and welcoming. It was a pleasant surprise that he also speaks Persian and kindly helped us with useful guidance during our stay. The hotel is also ideal for long stays, as the room is equipped with almost everything you would need in a home. The location is great and it is very easy to reach different parts of the city by car and bus. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended.

The hotel very nice and the room perfect. The shower and the toilet were separate from each other , very comfortable.

The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, a lovely garden and terrace, and lots of flowers. It's very quiet and cozy. Free underground parking. Good breakfast and delicious coffee. The location is perfect for attending concerts at Zenit. I'll definitely stay again.

I was a bit afraid when I arrived because the place had a motel-like vibe, but once I entered, checked in, and saw the room, I was relieved. While it's quite a big place, it is impeccably clean, quiet, well managed, modern, and well decorated. The room had ample place and was comfortable. The staff were kind and courteous. There was a tram stop nearby. The parking was safe and nearby. The breakfast was very good.
