It was an amazing stay and the service was exceptional! Thank you so much for the free upgrade! Everything was perfect during our stay, the room was very clean and beautiful. The view at the Spree was amazing even with the fog.

Excellent location just 2 minutes from subway, 5-6 mins away from the block of restaurants and bars of all varieties. The room was spacious with ability to open the window, in fairly quiet neighborhood. Excellent breakfast (a bit pricey but it all worth it). I have not tried the restaurant but had very pleasant experience at the bar.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom is divided into 2 parts, both with sinks. one was the toulet and the other the shower. We were a group of three, so this worked just fine. The manager, Athikarn Tongvirai, was very helpful and made our stay even more satisfying. On returning to Berlin, this is is where I would stay again. Property very well localized too!

The room was clean and large. Bathroom new and clean as well. Great hot water and water pressure. Neighborhood a bit raw but once I got used to it and realized how excellent the transportation was, and what was only a few blocks away in terms of restaurants and ambiance, it grew on me.

The location was excellent. Within walking distance to most of the locations I visited. Breakfast was good but I could have used scrambled eggs with the breakfast. One drawback was the shower which was for little kids not adults. A bother for sure but didn't didn't detract from the wonderful overall experience.
