The owner doesn't speak english but you can just feel how nice she is. My girlfriend is german so for our case the communication was no problem (i did not speak at all). Aside from the language barrier there is nothing to point out. People really are not joking when they praise the breakfast, so many things we had to ask to be a little less the next day ahah. The beds are nice, the shower is hot and the location is very calm. You get the feeling that you are at home or at least in some relatives home.

Just 5 km from the centre of Winterberg, this 3-star hotel with a restaurant in the Rothaargebirge Nature Park features an observation platform offering views of the Sauerland countryside.

The location was excellent. Nothing beats it. Furthermore, the staff was great. The breakfast was outstanding and the place was as clean as it gets.
