The staff was really nice and helpful, the check-in was quick and there was always someone on reception to help us if we needed something. There is a lift big enough to carry the baggage from one or two people. The overall experience was excellent.

This centrally located hotel in Frankfurt lies between the historic Old Town and the modern financial district, close to the Zeil shopping street and a 3-minute walk from Römerburg square.

Absolutely fantastic location, very close to the Frankfurt Cathedral and walking distance to the historic part of Frankfurt. The room was great, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great with freshly prepared coffees, egg dishes, etc. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival. The room was very spacious and very clean. Nice smell throughout the hotel and room. The toilets have bidet (which is a super plus, green for environment) and there is a separate room for closet. Bfast selection is wide and i leave with a happy tummy. The location is perfect. Old city is within walking distance, the offices are also within walking distance.

We were travelling to visit the Christmas markets. The location was spectacular, very close to the markets and also to the Romer Dom subway (Ubahn) station. We had a river facing room with a balcony and floor to ceiling glass doors that could open for fresh air. The Heated towel rack was a wonderful treat. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was a good size.
