RWE Tower,

Komfortables, gemütliches Zimmer

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The only small issue was that the entrance was not very easy to find. During our arrival, there was construction work outside, which made it even more confusing. The hotel has a large underground parking garage, which is very convenient. However, as far as we understood, there is no direct access from the parking garage to the hotel. You need to go up to street level, enter through a neighboring door, walk into the courtyard, and then take the elevator to the hotel. Clearer signage would make the arrival experience much easier. Everything else was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially want to thank the receptionist who spoke Russian. She kindly helped us extend our stay by one more night when we unexpectedly needed to remain in Düsseldorf. We truly appreciated her assistance. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable. We also loved the modern design of the room. The transparent glass shower located inside the room is a very interesting and stylish architectural feature. The hotel is beautifully renovated, modern, and located right in the heart of the city. All the major luxury boutiques, including Louis Vuitton, Prada, Cartier, and many other famous brands, are just a short walk away. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location, outstanding service, and very comfortable rooms. We would happily stay here again
