A lovely hotel and ticked all the boxes. An easy walk to the train station and not far from the town, shops and Christmas markets. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a small desk, a table and a couple of chairs also provided. Bathroom was good size also. The lady on the front desk was very friendly and deserves a gold star. Went over and beyond to welcome us and asked us about our stay when we checked out. She also gave some suggestions where to eat in the town and a restaurant suggested was great. We were very appreciative. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would certainly stay there again when visiting Heidelberg.

Great service and the location is unbeatable. Even a problem with the checkin machine was quickly resolved by immediate phone stand by who resolved the issues in no time. over all pleasant stay apart from the heat.

The room was very comfortable and easy to access. Ample free parking. The breakfast had a hugh variety of great tasting, fresh food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was in quiet neighborhood; the atmosphere was magical, it was tastefully decorated; the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious; the restaurant had a romantic feeling; the outdoor space was enchanting; the service was impeccable; the room was clean and very comfortable - it had a luxurious feeling of home away from home. I had no problem finding parking.

Staff was so accommodating even booking us a reservation at a local restaurant. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Beds are comfortable and love the pillow options. Breakfast was great.

Clean room with private bathroom that was clean and had plenty of towels. Location is quite far from the city center, but thankfully there is at least a restaurant below the hotel as well as a grocery store and gas station close by. Close to bus stop which was nice. They did not offer breakfast the weekend we stayed, which was okay but I was looking forward to trying it. The staff were very accommodating and even brought me a mini fridge for my room and some utensils. Very nice experience for the price.

We had a very pleasant stay. This was our fourth visit to this hotel. We like the rooms,the location, and the breakfast. Quiet neighborhood with on street parking.

The position to the Hockenheim ring is perfect with link via tunnel to the paddock. Breakfast was good, staff vey helpful and friendly.
