L'hotel és molt agradable d'ambient familiar. L'habitació familiar on hem estat era còmode i espaiosa. El personal de recepció molt atent, tot i que nosaltres no parlàvem Alemany ens han atès molt bé amb anglès. La ubicació perfecta, a 20 minuts en cotxe del complex de Neuschwanstein.

La decoració es molt maca, ens va agradar molt, els llits molt cómodes, les instalacions estan molt bé, la zona és preciosa, amb unes vistes molt xules. La entrada sense conctacte és molt práctica.
